oanna delivered my new Kia Optima. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of my questions. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and genuinely seemed to work hard to help me get what I wanted. They physically did not have the car I wanted and Akira spent hours on the phone trying to track one down for me. I have to say the entire experience was fantastic.\r
