Cleaning 1/31/2012

I went in for a cleaning that went very well. I had a chipped tooth and thought I was going to have to make another day appointment for that tooth to be repaired and I was so happy they were able to fix it right on the spot.. looking forward to my next appointment.. I want to Thank Dr. Lester and his staff for being so available for the patients needs. more

My first impression was, "this is a really nice place!" and my first impression was spot on. Niki the dental hygienist is awesome. She's very gentle yet thorough. :) Dr. Lester and his assistants actually make fillings, crowns, etc. a pleasant experience. I have never been fond of visiting the dentist's office; however, I can truly say that I do not dread my appointments with Santa Rosa Family Dentistry. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Their assistance with insurance, etc., is priceless. I highly recommend Santa Rosa Family Dentistry! more

The staff was friendly, the facility was nice. Not a fan of the new x-ray bite wings (as opposed to old cardboard kind), was very uncomfortable and slightly painful in my mouth. more

Very Impressed - Terrific Staff 11/1/2011

I typically don't offer reviews, but felt the need to reply to this request. I recently made an appointment for a crown replacement as a new patient. My motivation was to just to see a dentist that accepted my insurance. My positive experience began as I called and spoke with a very friendly receptionist. She worked me in quickly and smiled through the phone while doing so. My experience continued as I checked in and was escorted back by Yvonne. Yvonne was a pro and did a terrific job of making me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Q mirrored Yvonne's professionalism and was very smooth as he wasted no time preparing my tooth for its crown. Dr. Q's chair-side manner was excellent as well as being just a nice guy. This team at Santa Rosa Family Dentistry gets it. They are more concerned with serving their patients verses turning their patients. I have found a place I will gladly bring my to for years to come. more
