Put me at ease 2/10/2011

I was very nervous about what procedure would be needed to address a partial silver filling that fell out. Dr. Quinlan and his assistant were very patient with me. It was stressful knowing that this appointment was necessary as I had not had dental work done since 2000 -- only cleanings. more

Income sensitive service 1/5/2011

I am pleased that Santa Rosa family Dentistry and Dr. Lester are sensitive to the financial needs of their income restricted patients. It is nice to know that I can still have good teeth and not have to pay fot that Hollywood smile that I cannot afford. Thank you! more

Routine 6 Month Cleaning 1/5/2011

My wife and I had scheduled our cleanings back to back so we could take our two year old with us. When we got to the dentist office and the hygenists allowed us to bring our daughter in the back completed our cleanings at the same time, all the while accomamodating our daughter and patiently familiarizing her with the process so she is more comfortable with the dentist. They even turned on Nick Jr, to keep her entertained. We were out of the dentist office in about an hour. As always, the staff was courteous, engaging, and professional. more

Annual cleaning 12/30/2010

Visiting the dentist is not pleasurable for me, but these professionals really make it less stressful on me. They do listen to the patient and make every attempt to eliminate all pain in the process. more
