Environment was laidback, and staff was knowledgable and helpful. Dr Lester was jovial and sensitive to my needs, spoke in clear language explaining his findings. The office and exam rooms were clean and inviting. more

Although it is a very busy office, I didn't have to wait long and the staff and Dr. Lester are so pleasant and professional. They take their time with all the patients to insure the patients' experience is a good one. more

Tooth Extraction 5/29/2009

Great service and very friendly personable staff! Dr. Quinlan and Karen are terrific! I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist, but I feel more and more at ease each time I visit this office. I am always treated with courtesy and thoughtfulness. A lot of attention is placed on how I'm doing and what my needs are and it's a positive experience. I feel good when I leave. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! more

Web Provider Not Good 5/18/2009

I want to immediately be removed from receiving emails. You send way to many and it gets extremely annoying. The 1st email is a good reminder, by the 6th it is overkill and creates negative feelings towards the practice. Additinally, I did not like the way you origianlly found my email address. I would have preferred to be asked at my next visit if I wanted to provide it instead of the backhanded ways you found it., The post card and reminder call is sufficient. Making a client provide a title is ridiculous more

disappointing 5/14/2009

The staff was pleasant (except for the receptionist, who had a personality of cardboard). The cleaning process was downright painful. My mouth hurt for days afterwards. I also was not told about a bill until I recieved a more than 30 days notice in the mail, even though I was told specifically that I had no copay or deductible to pay for my visit. Overall, I was not pleased with my visit to your office. more
