I want to immediately be removed from receiving emails. You send way to many and it gets extremely annoying. The 1st email is a good reminder, by the 6th it is overkill and creates negative feelings towards the practice. Additinally, I did not like the way you origianlly found my email address. I would have preferred to be asked at my next visit if I wanted to provide it instead of the backhanded ways you found it., The post card and reminder call is sufficient. Making a client provide a title is ridiculous
