The Comfort Hybrid crossroad bikes that we rented were everything that was advertised. They were easy to ride over the bridge and around the construction areas. The 20% off coupon on google reviews made the entire day really affordable. more

This is the third time I have rented a bike here. Every place we went we were able to ride our bikes. It was a lot of fun. In my opinion the Waterfront tour was one of the most exciting and beautiful! Our tour was a lot of fun and full of adventur. I suggest that anyone going to San Francisco check out this ride! more

Looks like exercise, just feels like fun!!!! 9/13/2012

Got together a bunch of old friends last Saturday and asked about group rates. They don't really advertise this on the site, but they WILL give you a discount for parties of 6 or more. Would highly recommend this! We got a daily rental & tooled around for a little over 4hrs. It was so much fun and the time flew by. Was a little bummed we didn't stay out for the whole time, but the next day my calves were screaming!! more

Not Your Grandma's Bike Ride 9/13/2012

Last weekend my boyfriend & I decided to get off the couch and do something fun. We both fancy ourselves as bike connoisseurs, so we settled on SFBR. We asked Rob (the owner) to recommend a challenging ride...you know, not something your grandma would wanna do. He told us about the Tiburon route, but we opted for The Marin Headlands Loop (10 miles, 2.5 hours). My boyfriend & I raced each other the entire way there and were WAY too exhausted to peddle all the way back. Fortunately, Rob said we could ditch the bikes there for about $3 extra. We're planning on going back this weekend to try the same route at a more leisurely pace. Would def recommend for couples, lovers of the bay area, and fitness junkies. more

Find out for yourself why it's so popular- the best thing you will do in San Francisco!

    If you want to see both Golden Gate Park and the Golden Gate Bridge on one ride, the best way to do so, because of hills, is to start at our Golden Gate Park Bike Rental Shop at 1816 Haight Street, which is located just next to the park (more info below). Please note- we charge $3 to drop a bicycle off at a location different from where you started.
