I BOUGHT MANY CARS HERE BEFORE HAD AWESOME DEALS IN THE PAST! Well, after reading the reviews here I had been a little worried. After searching the Internet for the 2007 Mini Cooper in the exact color I was looking for was here... San Diego Auto Finder happened to have the only one for 100's of miles around. I called and made an appoint meant, ended up talking to a salesman named Brock... He turned out to be the nicest guy ever! I felt like I was family as I went through the process of purchasing my new baby!!! I have to say, Brock was NO pressure and the management really helped me obtain the right financing for my credit situation with no money down! My car is like new, it was very clean when I picked it up! ""wish I could keep it that clean always!"" Well, to sum it up... Great car! Great financing options! Brock reminded me of an Uncle instead of a car salesman... matter of fact... no one there seemed like a car salesman... I was given my own space to make my decision on my own. Thanks San Diego Auto Finder & ""Uncle"" Brock! more

place gets my sale every time 6/14/2011

Ok I may be a bit biased because my family has bought at least 5 vehicles from here. They give us a decent price, I have had only one issue with my used car in the last few months since I bought it and that was a trunk latch malfunction which they immediately had fixed the same day I called at no cost to me. They ask me what I was looking for and when they didn't have it in stock they found one for me. They took a week and that was a week too long for my liking BUT they threw on brand new 22in chrome rims and discounted a 5 year power train warranty for my patience! We're good customers so they treat us right! Our salesman Andy even entertained our rambunctious twin 3yo's while we car shopped. I haven't had much interaction with the other sales associates but none of them seemed pushy or stalker-ish like you find at most dealerships & the GM was a straight shooter. Compared to the Auto Spot in national city this place gets my sale every time. more

I just bought a Civic from Chris at their new store. The price seemed fair ...not too low..thought it was ok..vs what I was able to find out there. It would have made it easier if they had 1 store instead of 2 since I got confused at first. Sales staff nice...My salesman was great! Seemed like a good alternative to the ridiculously overpriced """"Honda"" dealer!! more

I found the car I wanted all the way the hell in San Diego. It had every option I was looking for, but I made sure not to fall in love with it because as soon as I heard that it was located at an independently owned car lot, my bull**** detector switch flipped on. The Salesman: Mike, a black guy in his 50's. Really good fella, no upselling of needless warranties and no nonsense. I made an offer and they came within 500 bucks of it- DEAL! Car lot Sales Manager: This man on every dealership is usually the embodiment of evil in an expensive suit. Almost every one of them I have ever met was a conniving, forked-tongued swine that would sell his mother's soul to make a buck. From the moment we met I believe he understood from the get-go that I wouldn't take any BS. This Sales Manager was different, he answered all of my questions immediately and put me at ease. He explained everything that I would be paying and gave me a comprehensive breakdown of my payments. He didn't try to make me buy any extras or make me feel guilty for saying ""no"". I was in and outta there within 2 hours. more

Me and My parents came here to get my 1st Car, My 2001 chevy cavalier. It was a good car for me when I was in high school, we just traded it in for my new car last week! I got a 2008 scion Xd... too cool!!! My parents got me the scion for college.. good gas MPG for the commute and reliable I guess... I like it cause its cute! well, again... thanks Sd auto finder! Ken the manager was really cool in helping us afford the car, my parents got us a pretty good deal! oh, also they hooked me up with a guy who is a insurance broker, he helped me get an insane low insurance payment which I'm paying for (parents are making the car payment!). That was so helpful cause I was worried about the monthly payment as my driving record sucks...anyway, thanks guys! see ya when I graduate college.. then I get that Mercedes! more

i have to say i don't like dealing with big car dealerships! but, brock is a person who will go out of his way, and help you any way he can, also the manager, ken helped me with a car loan, i didn't think i could get, and i checked around a lot, they had the right car for me! i got my car cheaper their, than i could get it any where, i looked for over ayear, and waited for the right deal, i don't write many reviews, but i'm stiil happy a year later! one of many of i'm sure happy customers! more
