I have been going to Salon and Spa Venessa for 20 years. Not only is the quality of the services excellent (I have had cuts, color, massages, pedicures and manicures), the atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend this salon for whatever hair or spa service you require. more

I always enjoy my time at Salon & Spa Vanessa. Kate is an exceptional stylist. She is aware of what I like and what needs to be done to my hair but always ask to make sure a change isn't in the picture. She listens to my thoughts and concerns and makes great suggestions. I always leave looking fabulous! more

I love Salon Venessa. It is so relaxing and inviting. I went to a new stylist on my latest visit, and Christina was amazing. She told me about some new products that Aveda is developing, and gave me a damage remedy treatment that made my hair look and feel amazing. I have a waxing appointment already scheduled, and if you're afraid wax hurts...go to Salon Venessa. They have the best product, the best Estheticians and it is super relaxing. more

I just love coming here! They are all so nice and I love their great coffee. Melissa is the best!! She did such a great job coloring and cutting my hair. If anyone is looking for a great stylist, Melissa is it. She is friendly and knows her stuff. I like it when I get my money's worth. I like her because she takes her time doing my hair right. I highly recommend this salon. A+ more

Great Hair Cut! 10/11/2011

I recently received a haircut from Mary at Salon Vanessa. She was very professional and the place was very peaceful! Mary did a great job on my haircut and was able to cut my hair to my satisfaction just by explaining what I wanted. She asked questions to make sure we were both on the same page. This was the first time I did not have to bring in a picture! I love the Aveda products they use and the pricing is perfect! more

AMAZING SALON 10/10/2011

I have been going to Salon & Spa Venessa since she opened her doors. The service is exceptional and the staff is amazing. Received a massage from Janet and she's fantastic. I drive 1 hour each way to visit this salon and I would drive 2 hours each way if I had to - the experience at Venessa Lanier's salon is that good. Venessa has been in the industry for more than 25 years and it shows - learning in London, etc. I've been to salons in So. Cal. where I'm from and nothing comes close to this salon. more

Great experience as always, email communication needs work 10/10/2011

I've been coming to Salon & Spa Venessa for 5-6 years and I have no complaints about the service I receive there. Dawn is a great stylist and I enjoy my appointments with her! This time, I did not receive an appointment confirmation before I went. I nearly called that morning to make sure I was on the books, but decided to risk it and my appt was there. Later on in the day, about 6 hours after my appointment, I received a confirmation email telling me that I had an upcoming appointment and if I needed to cancel, I should call 24 hours in advance. Maybe just a glitch. :) Also, I wish I'd known about clicking the referral button, because I DID refer a friend who came this past week for both a cut and a massage. I would have loved $15 off. Oh well. I guess I'll know for next time. more

I always enjoy my appointments with Melissa at Salon Vanessa. I was 15 minutes early on Saturday and Melissa was available to take me right away for my haircut. She listens to how I would like my hair styled and always does a fabulous job. Everyone treats me special and enjoy the experience of every visit! more
