Spa Vanessa's staff and services are great- although a little pricey, the atmosphere is relaxing and I love AVEDA products! Their services are pricey which means I don't go as often as I really should. more

Luke is the BEST 12/5/2011

I hate to let my little secret out but Luke is the best masseuse I've ever had. He takes the time to really understand what is going on with your body before he starts and then helps your body heal itself through massage techniques. more

Friendly staff, great services, easy going atmosphere (I really appreciate not having kids running around and I have THREE of my own!)...I love being able to get a haircut, wax, and facial in one visit! more

Brittany is a wonderful stylist. She listens to my needs and adds her expertise in order to give me the best cut and color possible. I like frequent change and Brittany gives me a fresh look with subtle changes. She is professional, friendly and always in a good mood. She brightens my day. I have referred friends to her and they all rave about her talents. more

Kate is the best colorist that I have ever SEEN! The way she color's your hair is so precise and it all comes together so naturally! I love all the staff. I ALWAYS feel so pampered and relax when leaving Venessa! I LOVE IT!! more

Christina not only gave me an awesome hair cut, but also had wonderful suggestions on a treatment to help my dry hair as well as products that would help keep my hair healthy even after I flat iron it a million times. Then, when I was checking out, I was told about Avenda's points system, and jumped on that, and will now begin to work towards saving money with each purchase. Overall, I had a great expereince and will definitely be back! more

Even though I now live in Charlotte, I will always make a special trip to get my hair done here. My expirence is so relaxing and wonderful everytime I visit! The coffee is amazing, the staff is very friendly (not stuck-up like some salons) and thanks to Kate Weaver-Thompson, I always leave looking fabulous! Thanks V, for finally getting it right! The end of the visit. I was met by the two women in the front . They told me that someone would take my Credit card info next time. I said no. It was somewhat of an accusatory manner. Did not like it probably will not return. more
