I've been coming to Salon & Spa Venessa for 5-6 years and I have no complaints about the service I receive there. Dawn is a great stylist and I enjoy my appointments with her! This time, I did not receive an appointment confirmation before I went. I nearly called that morning to make sure I was on the books, but decided to risk it and my appt was there. Later on in the day, about 6 hours after my appointment, I received a confirmation email telling me that I had an upcoming appointment and if I needed to cancel, I should call 24 hours in advance. Maybe just a glitch. :) Also, I wish I'd known about clicking the referral button, because I DID refer a friend who came this past week for both a cut and a massage. I would have loved $15 off. Oh well. I guess I'll know for next time.
