Beware. Customers are given 40% discount if they will rate the salon as a 5. The email said the following: Have you recently had a 5 Star experience at Salon Greco?   Well......

Suwanee's Premiere Salon & Spa 1/13/2011

It is wonderful to have a Salon & Spa in Suwanee where a woman can get all of her relaxing & beautifying services. The place is made up of two totally different environments: the salon that is full of natural light, busy with active stylists and upbeat music & the spa that is cozy with dim lighting, soft relaxing music and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Services cover anything a woman would need in hair, nails, skin, massage, airbrush, make-up & hydrotherapy treatments needs. But the best part is the discounts and specials they run monthly. Greatest thing in Suwanee 5/22/2009

I visited an upscale salon & spa, but I knew it befoere hand. I was prepared for the price but it was worth it. My haircut falls in place averytime. I went in for a bob (what do I know about hair design) and walked out with a full understanding why the bob would not look good on me (it would make me look more rounded). The time Kathy took to do a full consultation was very educational. I returned to their spa (because they give you new client coupons for you to come back) and my facial with Olga G. was incredible. Horrible service 12/9/2007

They charge too much for hair service. They don't listen to you. I had a terrible experience today. They messed up my hair and charged me way to much. I want my money back. Never again will I go to this salon. Pros: No tipping Cons: They charge way too much money for bad service. more

Best Pedicure 7/26/2007

I experienced one of the best pedicures I have ever had at Salon Greco. The Sea Salt Scrub and Massage was awesome and the nail technician even did a bit of reflexology on me. My pedi is still looking good one month after having received it. The price is very comparable to many of the places found in strip malls, but the experience is far superior. This is a must try. more

Best haircolor EVER! 7/6/2007

A lady named Tiffany colored my hair and I couldn't be happier. She was friendly and talented. I got exactly what I asked for and more. I felt safe and confident due to Tiffany's education (she teaches color classes). She gave me a 30 minute consultation, I've never had that before and put me on a low maintenance plan to where I can afford it. I met the marketing director Pam Stroupe, she's super friendly, that gave me a coupon for any service, since I was saving a buck a spent a buck and got a massage. Fabulous. I've been back twice and I love it!! Pros: Shinny hair at last! Cons: none more

Run like your hair is on fire! 6/24/2007

I had my hair cut and colored by Cavin. He promised that if I wasn't happy with the color he would fix it. I was not happy when he was done, I had asked to be a brunette, I came out a bleached blonde. I set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. When I arrived he was running late. After waiting for 45 minutes he came out and told me he didn't have enough time to do my hair. I set up another appointment for the following Tuesday. I received a phone call cancelling the appointment . By this time I had paid a babysitter for the initial hair appointment and 2 following appointments. I contacted the manager named Natalie and she offered to do my hair. Since it had been over 3 weeks since the begining of the bad hair job, I told her I had already gotten it done by another salon. In addition, I didn't have faith that my hair would be done correctly given the negative circumstances. She then ignored my calls for the next 3 weeks. I left several messages for the other manager who ignored my calls. I was finally able to track down the owners secretary and requested she relay my message to the owner. I simply wanted to be reimbursed for the color work that was badly done. The owner had the secretary call me back and say they don't refund money. I would tell anyone that is considering having their hair done to go to a DIFFERENT salon. This one is not reputable and they do not honor their word. If you are not happy with your hair they will waste your time until you give up. Cons: If you don't like your hair they will not fix it more

Modern Euro styling and attentive atmosphere 6/20/2007

About five months ago, I was looking for a new stylist and happened to pass the "grand opening" sign for Salon Greco on the way to work. I called and made an appointment and was most pleased with the staff and can't be happier with my new style. Since my first visit, I have returned three times (not needing to change stylists) and had my hair highlighted with foils (three color...nice). Ms. Kennedy, my stylist, was very attentive to the texture of my hair and made many fantastic suggestions how to make my curly hair straighter, how to make it behave in humidity, and how to wear it naturally. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I have not tried their spa facilities, but would like to indulge in the future. I highly recommend them. more

Amazing Talent 4/28/2007

As a new client in desperate need of a color correction, I called on salon greco to see if they could help. To my suprise they fit me right in. From the moment I walked in I was amazed with the staff and atmosphere. I was a little nervous because of the shape my hair was in and if it could even be fixed. They calmed my fears and let me know that It would be alright. By the time I left I was shocked that my hair could ever look so good. From the moment you walk in everyone is friendly and attentive. I've had massages, facials as well as haircuts at this place and they are phenomenal! I can't say enough great things about them!
