I had my hair cut and colored by Cavin. He promised that if I wasn't happy with the color he would fix it. I was not happy when he was done, I had asked to be a brunette, I came out a bleached blonde. I set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. When I arrived he was running late. After waiting for 45 minutes he came out and told me he didn't have enough time to do my hair. I set up another appointment for the following Tuesday. I received a phone call cancelling the appointment . By this time I had paid a babysitter for the initial hair appointment and 2 following appointments. I contacted the manager named Natalie and she offered to do my hair. Since it had been over 3 weeks since the begining of the bad hair job, I told her I had already gotten it done by another salon. In addition, I didn't have faith that my hair would be done correctly given the negative circumstances. She then ignored my calls for the next 3 weeks. I left several messages for the other manager who ignored my calls. I was finally able to track down the owners secretary and requested she relay my message to the owner. I simply wanted to be reimbursed for the color work that was badly done. The owner had the secretary call me back and say they don't refund money. I would tell anyone that is considering having their hair done to go to a DIFFERENT salon. This one is not reputable and they do not honor their word. If you are not happy with your hair they will waste your time until you give up.
