Two of us went to this salon for a girl's day out. This was our first experience to go to a salon and I had found this one through an internet search and decided to try it. The staff was friendly and the services were good. The problem happened when I went to pay. I knew it was going to be expensive but was shocked when the lady told me the price. I questioned the bill but she said it adds up so I paid the bill. I never received an itemized receipt so I had to take her word on the price. I felt something wasn't right and kept going over in my head what we had done. A couple days later I sent CTI an e-mail asking them to send me and itemized receipt that I thought they overcharged me. They responded quickly and told me that they did overcharge me and would credit my card. Three weeks later, I still had no credit so I sent another e-mail. Finally, I received a credit on my card and also a receipt in the mail. After looking over the receipt, not only did they double charge me for an item, they charged me for something I didn't even buy. In all, by the time I was done, it came to $51.00 plus tax that they overcharged me. It makes me wonder how many people they do this to? Beware and make them give you a receipt. That was our first and last time going to CTI.
