I'm hooked 4/3/2010

hands down and thanks for the server who made the event a delightful experience. It was pretty delicious food, amazing kebab plate. If you want a fresh homemade baklava this is the place, they have pistachio or walnut beside the fresh mozzarella w/ricotta Konafa, yummy Pros: Very solid mediterranian Cons: Weird neighborhood more

Delightful place 1/9/2010

Friday night dinner of 5, exceptional food, nice service, do NOT forget to ask for the soup du jour, it is a killer and if you have a sweet tooth the desserts here are out of this word Pros: Best Mediterranean Soups & Desserts Cons: I wish it was in the Mission more

HANDS DOWN 11/30/2009

A group of 6, came here Wednesday night, the night before thanksgiving, we had the following: Salmon fillet plate, Latkes (potato pancakes), Grilled Chicken kebab plate, Grilled Lamb kebab plate, Prawn kebab, the Shawerma plate & 2 large ball of Shrimp Saffron soup with asparagus. For dessert: Pistachio Baklava, Walnut Baklava, Saffron rice pudding & sesame cookies with Pistachio. Amazing 10 out of 10 on a 10 scale. that is the only thing I could say. I thought to share it with the community. Pros: Soups are amazing Cons: They don't open on Sundays more

The soups are amazing 11/23/2009

Beside how awesome the food at this place but the kind of soups they serve are just outstanding, I had today at lunch the saffron shrimp soup w/asparagus and the Latkes plate ( potato pancakes) amazing, last week I had for dinner the red lentil soup and salmon fillet plate. My compliment to the chef Pros: Amazing food more

Simply the best 10/18/2008

Greek mediterranean food is one of my favorite I have tried pretty much everything that is on the menu, prices are pretty reasonable . This place would rate among the best I've tried. The place looks great, ingredients are so fresh that you could tell from the first look. The place is spotless, I strongly recommend it, try the kebab they have 4 or 5 types, you can go wrong with any, oh Falafel is just amazing and the shawerma oh baby, and do NOT forget their desserts just to die for wheeh.\r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r Pros: What to say but great Cons: bummer they close @9.00P more

Flakey Falafel 5/9/2007

Middle Eastern food is one of my favorites, I wouldn't call myself an expert but I have tried pretty much everything that is on offer in SF. This place would rate among the worst I've tried even beating a Stockton restaurant I tried about two years ago (just when you think you have tried the worst.)\r \r Firstly on walking in the place looks unfinished, like they are still waiting for something. As you try to come to terms with the very pricey menu you are set upon as to what is your selection. For a Falafel and soda I was out of pocket close to $10. Definitely on the pricey side. That would be fine if it was represented in what you got, but the food was bland to say the least. I felt the ingredients might not have been the freshest and the the place could have been cleaner for a realtively new restaurant and building. I wouldn't recommend it, but check it out for yourself, i think you will agreed.\r Happy Eating Pros: Great Location Cons: Just about everything bar location more
