New Install 3/9/2017

Called Safetouch to begin my alarm system search. Call center was very helpful getting an appointment set up for the salesman to come out and take a look at the home. Decided to go with Safetouch after talking to salesman and the customer service i received. Chris was the installing tech. he did an absolute wonderful job very professional and cleaned up behind himself well. Also explained any and all questions i had about the system was also very knowledgeable about the equipment. more

Dan D. came an installed our alarm system at our business. He was great. He was very efficient, managed to stay out of the way so we could continue working without interruptions. He clearly explained how to use the system, log into the web site and utilize the mobile app. All in all it was an easy process. more
