Hey Arkadiy (Safe Haven), I hope this e-mail finds you, Alla, and everyone there doing well. I wanted to say that me and my family really appreciated all of the hard work and serious consideration you afforded us. Ricky, as we affectionately call Dad, has moved to a place off of Lenox Road and has adjusted very nicely. The people are 100% better than where he was before and he is interacting more and seems a lot happier. I know things did not “work out” this time around and you may be wondering why I as writing this, but it is to tell you hat without friendly, open-minded people such as yourselves out there we never would have thought there was a place out there for Dad. I personally want to thank you and you staff and just hope that in the future if we do have to move him again, that Safe Haven may become home. Thanks again and have a great weekend! more

Dear Arkadiy (Safe Haven) , It has been some time since my father resided at Safe Haven and I feel compelled to send you a short note of appreciation for the services you provided. As you know, my father moved from another facility because I felt like he could receive better care. He expressed a sense of comfort at Safe Haven he had previously not known. The three things that meant the most to him are as follows: 1) He could ring for help and someone would be there to assist him almost immediately. 2) The cooking was high quality and personalized to his taste. 3) There was a sense of caring; in his words “Everyone loves everyone around here.” I feel certain that your direct involvement in the day to day operation of the business has made the difference.
