\r They sold me an Audi A4 2007 for $16,900 KBB Value with FRAME DAMAGE and never informed me. The car is worthless! I was going to trade it in and was notified about the Frame Damage. The car is valued at less than half of what I paid. \r \r I also requested at the beginning of purchase for them to rotate tires for me. They said they would and did not. Had they done this they would have noticed that the tires were dry rotted. Fortunately for me I was not driving on the highway when the tire blew up otherwise I would have been in a very serious accident. When I first arrived at Sabets Auto Sales, the first person I saw was very courteus. He took us to his office to answer all the questions we had, the he asked for $500 dollars deposit to hold the car I wanted. I only gave him $500. Then I went back the next day to finish the paperwork with the financial person. She was very loud and rude. She made me feel that she was buying the car from me, because she tried to made me understand that this was the best deal, but in a very pushy and aggressive way. I felt intimidated. Then I decided to go to another place and they offered me a way better interest rate and better customer service. Then I call to get my $500, and she answered the phone and she was more angry, than our first interview, I never went back there, because I was afraid she was going to beat me up. After all that incident I just found out that their warranty is one of the worst. It cost $1800. Keep in mind their warranty only cover your car if you take to them, you can't take it anywhere else and they don't explain that to you.
