The website didn't work at the last portion of the order and couldn't verify the order was placed. I called and left a message and received super fast customer service telling me it went through, exactly when it was to be shipped and when I could expect arrival. All actions were followed through. I am very happy. :-) Great job! more

We've been ordering from Golden Oak Stables for the last few years and I love the products & prices! Not to mention the freebies they give you when you place an order. We just received another order last week for our daughter whose birthday is at the end of September. We opened the box to be sure we received all the items but didn't & won't check each one individually until she unwraps them on her birthday. We're sure everything will be fine and if not we won't worry because they back up their products. We've only had one item out of all the orders that we've placed over the last few years, that had some damaged pieces. I called and spoke with Stephen and he sent the new pieces right out. Exceptional service!! We're very pleased and will continue ordering from Golden Oak Stables! more
