Customer Service is first rate. I thought I placed an order late on a Friday and then emailed to hold the order because I thought I found the item locally. Not expecting to hear anything until Monday, Stephen called that same evening to say my order had never even come through. They could have ignored the whole situation but didn't. For that kind of service they got that order and will have many more from me. I received the item, after re-ordering correctly, very quickly and am thrilled. Thanks, Chris more

Completely satisfied. The Madame Alexander Christening doll arrived on time just as predicted. The price was the best I could find. I saved time, money and gas by ordering from Madame's Dollhouse and will certainly do so again. more

I really appreciate the customer service of Madame's Dollhouse. I received emails regarding my order, to let me know exactly when it was going to arrive, and I like that. My Madame Alexander Strawberry Shortcake dolly is the most beautiful dolly in the entire world. Thank you for presenting her well to me!!!! The box was brand new, and above all so was little Miss Strawberry. I would definitely order from Madame's Dollhouse again! more
