This is my 2nd time ordering from Stephen at Madames Dollhouse, very satisified with my first purchase. My doll is beautiful, received it within a short time frame. Stephen has been very helpful each time I've called. They have such a hugh selection of Madame Alexander dolls that I couldn't hardly decide which one I wanted. The Marilyn Monroe doll I purchased I didn't find it anywhere else and she is gorgeous. I will definitely order from them again. more

You had the toy we wanted, when many sites did not (Derby the horse from Gund). It was shipped promptly. We were not sure when it was shipped and were not able to track it, so that could be improved. A UPS tracking ID would have been better. more
