I have been using Noe for over a year and he is very reliable and responsible. He also has a true love for animals and is available to walk her when I am stuck at work late.\r My pet was sick and he was very on top of communicating to me how she was feeling when he checked up on her throughout the day. \r I always know that my pet is in good hands throughout the day when she is with Noe and his team. We have been using Royal Pet Care for over a year. Our dogs love them and so do we! They are always professional and dependable, and very affordable. When my pekingnese underwent back surgery last fall, he required alot of extra help and support during his walks, and Noe and his staff were incredibly compassionate and patient during a very difficult time. It can be difficult to find a service that is willing to be accomodate ""occassional"" walks, but Noe and his team have always been available whenever we have needed them. We can't imagine ever using anyone else!! more

Once you start using Royal Pet Care to walk your dog(s), you'll never use anyone else! I have two dogs - a one-year-old female Lab who is 70+lbs or pure energy, and a ten-year-old male Jack Russell who also has a very strong personallity. Noe and his brother Joe, who swap taking my dogs out every day, are the most professional, reliable and caring walkers I've found in 5+ years. \r \r First of all, they love the dogs - and the dogs adore them. They are always on time or early and usually take the dogs out for more than the amount of time agreed. This is true even over this past winter when the weather alternated between blizzard conditions and gale force winds.\r \r They can easily handle both dogs together - which is no easy task given these two different characters. And they are nearly always available, even on extremely short notice (as in a couple hours!)\r \r Add to this the fact that Noe and Joe are very friendly guys themselves and truly enjoy the work and the combination is unbeatable. I would never use anyone else - and neither would my two mutts! more

Royal Pet Care has been walking our two pugs, Bo and Luke, for 3 years and they are absolutely wonderful. Our dogs are 12 years old and Noe and Ashley are so sweet with them and give them lots of love and attention. We have been a client of Royal Pet Care for 6 years. They are the most reliable, affordable, and caring dog walkers in New York City. There has never been a time day or night when we have needed their assistance that they were not willing to go out of their way to provide care for our Jack Russell terrier. We have use Noe and his team for about 3 years and can only concur with everything that has been said about them. They are reliable and consistent, trustworthy and caring. There has not been a time when I needed to change or add services that Noe has not been able to figure it out. When I broke my ankle and needed walking every day, when my friend's drop off their dog for me to look after, Noe fits him in as well. I have bumped into Noe and Joe in my neighborhood when I am walking my own dog, and they always give full attention to the dogs that they are walking. I can not say more, they are terrific! more

Noe and Royal Pet Care are the best when it comes to taking care of my animals. I've known Noe for about 11 years and he has been caring for my pets for the last five years. \r \r I had two elderly large dogs that required patience and a lot of extra TLC. Noe always did a fabulous job of taking care of them. He and his team walked them for me every weekday and also took care of them over extended times when I was out of town.\r \r They've also taken care of my cats. ROYAL PET CARE IS ***** WHEN IT COMES TO PET CARE AND DOG WALKING!!! They are the most trusting and reliable dog walking service in the business. I recall calling them around 11pm one night as an emergency because I wouldn't make it home on time and they were at my condo in about half hr to feed and walk my dog for me. Our family has been using Noe and his Team since June 2009. He is such a nice guy and so reliable and accommodating. He also is so quick to respond via text or email.
