I chose Royal for my basic plumbing needs. What I needed was a total shower rebuild. From the moment that I called, I was impressed with the quality of customer care I received. The technician was a very kind and considerate gentlemen. His approach was very formal. I was under no obligation to pay for the free estimate that he gave me. The price was very nice. When I agreed to have the work done, he was able to start right then and there. I even got a courtesy call a few days later checking to see if I was still satisfied with the work that was done. This is a very good company. more

Honesty Goes a Long Way 8/12/2011

I received good service from this company, and I wanted to express my gratitude. Our plumber, Eric, replaced the pressure valve in our home this past Tuesday and we were extremely impressed with his knowledge. The price seemed fair (although it wasn't cheap:) for the work that he did. We did not receive other quotes for this job but we have used other plumbers in the past whom have charged more for approximately the same amount of work. All in all it was a good experience and we will call them for plumbing as long as we are living in the Atlanta area. more

A really nice place 2/11/2011

Good: I liked the show concern and the time the dispatcher took in listening to me explain my plumbing need.. Bad: The fact that I had wasted my time calling around to other companies.. Improvements: None. This company has a valueable work ethic.. Other: I really liked no after hour fees!. more

Nice. Very Nice 2/9/2011

I called and need an emergency pipe repair. It was the middle of the night. I had tried calling many other companies but they all had some kind of after hours fee. I never could understand why they would have. Emergency rooms don't. Royal Flush impressed me with the prompt response time and affordable prices. Erik was great. He did a great job more

Royal Flush Plumbers are the most skilled 1/3/2011

Over the past month with the Holidays and all calling a plumber is the last thing I wanted to do. I have had a house full of people so a busted hot water heater is not my idea of a nice Christmas present. I have to admit that I was very rude when I got Alicia that Saturday. She understood. ( I have apologized) He kind friendly voice helped to eas my aggravation. TIm was the man for the job. He even had a 40gallon gas hot water heater on his van when he arrived. The price was an even better ease of frustration. Tim was here in less than two hours. My water heater was up and heating water in less than 3. I am very pleased. more

Wow! talented and innovative 12/21/2010

I was please at what I had read regarding he reviews on this company. So I had to try for myself. Ronnie was very skilled. He was very involved in the remodel of my kitchen. He was prompt and always eager to work with the rest of the remodeling crew. He work was well oriented and of good quality. He stayed intuned with the ever changing layout. This company told me they only higher Master licensed technicians and it shows. more
