Do not go there, I was looking at the 110 Anniv. Road Glide they were $3000 over MSRP plus were going to give me $3000 less for mine that a another dealer quoted me! more

what a joke 7/14/2011

Recently bought an 03 road king and ther rear tire was needing replaced so I went there --priced the tire,dropped the bike off and they said they would have it the next day. Next day rolled around I got a call saying the the labor charge would be double because it was an old bike--150 labor, i said I'll be right there to pick it up. The service dept here is a joke, so I went to work talked to some guys who turned me on to Rons Cycles over on pine street..I called them up..they had the tire I wanted for cheaper the rt 66,labor was almost a third cheaper and randy had the bike ready to roll in about 30 minutes !!! If you harley tires or service--go see randy at Rons---they've definitely got my business now more

Greatest H-D Store in Oklahoma!!! Biggest and nicest facility around, great selection and the best customer service you'll find anywhere! I've been going there for years and the new owners have made a ton of positive changes. Big screen TVs playing great music videos and a completely remodeled showroom. Went by there today and saw them setting up a pool table in the customer lounge. SWEET!!!!!\r more

OMG!! What happened @ Route 66 HD 3/6/2011

If you ride motorcycles this is the not place to go! After being lied to and getting the run-around at Route 66 HD by some dude named Matt with a ""Howdy Doody"" haircut and their service manager Richard (couldn't stand him when he owned Twister City!!!) i went to Ride Masters just a few blocks down the street. I received excellent service and prices!! My bike was worked on by ex-Route 66 tech Jim Conrad. I would advise anybody needing tires,oil changes,accessories,ect check this place out. I understand they work on Harley,ATV's, & Metric Bikes too. This was my 1st experience there...i will be back. 2 thumbs up....you guys rock!! \r \r more

What a bunch of Butt Douch 2/8/2011

Went in for an estimate on having my bike repaired and was treated like an idiot... Took to Ride Masters down the street and got what I needed done at 1/2 the price... Will never go back to 66 more

Worst HD dealership in America!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/8/2011

I agree this is the worst dealership in America!! New owner Dale and his butt puppet Eric have no clue about what the Tulsa biker culture is about. All the old faces that made Route 66 HD what it was are now gone. Parts dept. never have the needed parts. High pressure sales dept. that will not deal with you. Service dept. is a joke....i wouldn't let them work on my bicycle. When you walk in there you can just feel the bad vibes. I live within walking distance to Route 66, but i will continue to drive across town to Myers Duren where they have what i need and they go out of their way to make me feel welcome there.\r more

I bought a used bike several years ago. Had a good experience. Loved my bike.\r \r My husband went in a few weeks later to buy a used bike. Same Salesman. Treated my husband like he was a looker with no money.\r \r We drove across town to their competitor. Bought a bike for my husband and haven't been back to Route 66 Harley Davidson since.\r \r more

Don't bother 11/30/2009

After a bad buying experience here a couple of years back, I had to contact them reciently about my extended waranty. I needed to cash it in because my bike was totaled when a truck turned in front of me. Quint promised to send me the paperwork(I couldn't drive to come there),he never sent it, now the waranty is expired. I could have used the money toward medical expenses. Got shafted twice by this place. more
