(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for a plumber in the Cleveland area! I needed someone to come to our house on a very late-night call due to 5 inches of water in our basement! They were running behind this night, but called to let me know this information. When John arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and let us know that our main sewer line was backed up. He then cleared the line and was able to suggest services we could invest in in the future to prevent this from happening again! Thank you Roto-Rooter!!! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/27/11 11/30/2011

After an exhausting day of running around this Sunday I finally settle into my home only to have my toilets back up. I tried to clear the blockage for an hour before I finally decided to look up a plumber in the Cleveland area. I decided to call Roto-Rooter and they sent John out right away. It turns out the problem was a broken pipe on the outside of the house, underground. John was able to return the very next afternoon and completely replace the broken pipe! John was super helpful and the service was great. more

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 11/27/2011 11/28/2011

I needed a plumber in the Cleveland area when the sewage drain in my basement backed up over the holiday weekend. I called at night and the person who took my call was very helpful. They sent John out within an hour. John was very helpful and nice and got the issue fixed promptly. He suggested a cleaning service for the damage as well. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again for a while, but I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again if I do. more

I needed a plumber in Cleveland the day after Thanksgiving. John 2723 from Roto-Rooter arrived at my house in less than an hour and unclogged my kitchen sink. John was very helpful and he solved the problem quickly. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again. more

Thank you to John #2723 - you saved my Thanksgiving holiday! I'm GRATEFUL! learned the hard way that I should not put potato skins in my garbage disposal! It was 2 am the morning before Thanksgiving and I needed a plumber first thing in the morning. I searched the web for Cleveland Plumbers and found quickly that Roto Rooter was available on holidays and no extra charge. John arrived early Thursday morning - with a warm holiday greeting and fixed my sink! He was wonderful, did a great job and was a true professional. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11-22-11 11/23/2011

Around 10pm Tuesday night I went downstairs to find water in my basement. Put a call in for a plumber from Roto-Rooter and in about a half hour one of their night servicemen, Ishmel arrived. He located the problem and snaked my mainline. He explained to me everything he was doing and what to expect. Afterwards he put some treatment in the line to help keep the roots at bay. Throughout he was very cheerful and helpful. So nice to have a serviceman with a smile, even when the call lasted past midnight. Thank you Roto-Rooter from a satisfied Old Brooklyn (Cleveland) customer! more

Plumping Help 11/21/2011

For the last week we have had a clogged sink that my husband was not able to fix. Today we called a plumber from Roto-Rooter, they sent Mike this morning who looked at the problem, gave us an estimate and got to work. He was able to remove the clog with out having to knock out a wall:) I would recommend this Cleveland area Roto-Rooter anytime. Thank you! more

Thank you Derek!!! 11/19/2011

I flushed my upstairs toilet and it wouldn't stop running!! We all know how fun it is trying to fall asleep while hoping the running noise will stop! I couldn't take another sleepless night so I called Roto-Rooter to see how soon a plumber in the Cleveland area could come out. In less than an hour, Derek was at my door! Derek was friendly, and very knowledgeable about his craft! I appreciated the lesson he gave me on the history of toilets, and I now understand why my other toilet often clogs. He even recommended a better plunger that I could purchase. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my problem, and now my home is nice and quiet. He also took time to consult on a non-emergency situation that I plan to have him work on in the future.\r In this day and age of computers answers phones and cranky service people, it was refreshing to speak to a live person on the phone and have such prompt, courteous service! Thank you Derek and Roto-Rooter! You will certainly be hearing from me more

Roto Rooter\r \r On 10/29/11 I called Roto Rooter after trying to unclog a drain problem myself. Never again will I try to do this myself. Roto Rooter has been in the Cleveland area for years and has more knowledge that most plumbers. Bryan #1663 arrived that the exact time that I was told and was extermely professional when having to explain our sewer problem. When Bryan was done he suggested that Dan come out and run a camera down to make sure everything was ok. When Dan arrived he explained that we have a root problem and explain out opitions to us. I would recommend Roto Rooter and Bryan and Dan to everyone. Thank you again. more

Roto Rooter, Cleveland I would like to say thank you for sending out Bryan #1663. Bryan really took the time to explain to everyone the problems that he might find before he started and what the problems were when he did find them. When the problem appeared to be bigger then what he could do at that time he sent out Dan. Dan took the time to camera out our sewer and explain to us that we are dealing with a semi-severe root problem and explain our opitions to us. These 2 men were great with us and I would like to recommend both of them to everyone. Forget calling a ""regular"" plumber stick with Roto Rooter they are by better then I ever could have expected. Thank you all sooooo much. more

Best Plumbers ever!!! 10/26/2011

Mike, tech #229 and John, tech #2723 are great. Each of these plumbers was professional, neat and extremely knowledgable. They have been working in the Cleveland area for many years and they really know what they're doing. I will use Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Mike and John. more

We had Mike, #229 come to our rescue today. He is an excelletn plumber from Cleveland. He solved our bathroom sink problems, and also resolved some other plumbing concerns we had. He was very neat and wiped up anything he may have spilled. He also explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. We would ask for him again, should the plumbing need arise. more

I've used these plumbers in Cleveland several times since I live in a 100 year old house. They have always been courteous, professional, neat and have fixed all my plumbing needs from clogged drains to replacing a leaky garbage disposal. And they are very timely as well. They explain the problem, give you options, and do the necessary repairs. I highly recommend them. more

Mike the plumber (#229) showed up within an hour of being called out to repair a leaky and clogged toilet. He gave us a couple of different options to choose from. He wasted no time in replacing the toilet and was completed ahead of the time that he said he'd be done. Mike was extremely friendly and courteous in a professional manner and went out of his way to try and get us a discount, by talking with his manager, on a very pricey problem which we very much appreciated due to moving out of Cleveland in a week and needing to rent our house out. I recommend this Roto-Rooter b/c they were quick, courteous and professional. more
