Very Happy Customer 1/4/2011

I called Roto-Rooter on Monday afternoon 01/03/2010 after going down in my basement and realizing that my sewer lines were backing up into my basement. The tech that came out (Ray) on the same day that I called was very professional and did not get annoyed with all my questions and my kids running around like wild animals!!! He fixed the blockage in about an hour.. Great Job from the people answering the phones to the tech that came out!!! If I ever have to call a plumber again it will be Roto-Rooter!!!! more

Roto-Rooter Service 11/2/2010

We live in a house with a single bathroom. Our tub backed up and within 45 minutes Roto-Rooter was at our door. Ray was very courteous, fixed our tub, and left our tub cleaner than it was before it backed up. Fast, efficient, and high quality service - couldn't ask for more. more
