Called another company Sunday afternoon saying not an emergency but need a new water heater asap. Monday by 9:30 they had not called back. When I called them she curtly told me they were still going through '60 pages' of customer's calls and didn't give me much hope I would be serviced today! My water heater was leaking and getting worse! Looked on Angies List and found Roto Rooter, plumber for Columbus Ohio. Called and very courteously was told someone could be out within the hour. Brent and Dave worked diligently and by 3:00 I had a new water heater! They couldn't have been nicer and I will definitely call them again (when I need to!) Thanks!!
