Roto-Rooter Plumbers June 12, 2011 6/13/2011

I discovered a backed up sink overflowing in my basement around 6pm on a Sunday evening. By 7:30pm Roto-Rooter had already arrived, given me a free estimate and fixed the problem. Tim, our Roto-Rooter plumber was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and offered suggestions on our to better maintain our plumbing system. Definitely a great find here in Indianapolis. more

Roto-Rooter is A+ 5/27/2011

I had a water heater spring a leak in my basement the day before we were supposed to have a big group of friends in town for a visit. Frank B and Dave L were over that day to replace the entire unit even though it was late in the evening. Thanks for all the help, Roto-Rooter is definitely a go-to company! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 03-29-2011 4/2/2011

We came home from a 3 week vacation to find our sewer backing up into the house everytime our housesitter ran the shower or washing machine. NOT what we needed! After trying another company with no results at 11pm except for a pricey estimate, we contacted Roto Rooter the next day. The Roto-Rooter plumber, Frank B (tech 86) was right on time, knew what the problem was and how to fix it. Within half an hour I could do laundry again! Thanks so much! Next time we go straight to Roto Rooter/Indianapolis! more

I recerntly had new carpeting installed in my large bathroom and noticed a wet spot by my toilet and decided to contact the company in Indianapolis I had used the last time I had a plumbing issue. They were prompt and sent a very professional plumber to \r help me with my toilet leak. Evan Kelsay and Kye worked quickly to resolve my problem. With the information they provided, I decided to purchase a new toilet. They met me at Lowe's and not only helped me picked a toilet, they also brought it back to my house in their van. I greatly appreciate the professional attitude of the technicians and their willingness to make sure I was pleased with all aspects of their visit. I will continue to use this company the next time I have a plumbing issue. more

Excellent service 3/6/2011

I had a blocked drain in my home I discover on a Saturday morning. Called Roto Rooter and they were polite and professional. A tech was sent to my home within a half hour, checked for the problem, gave me a an acceptable quote. Brandon, tech #2016 completed the job, explained how to avoid future issues all the while maintaining a highly professional level along with a friendly manor. We had a major water emergency at 7:30pm. Within an hour of calling Roto-Rooter, the nicest gentleman, Dana Hyde, was in our house taking care of business. He was the ultimate professional. He was very mindful of our white carpet & put shoe covers on immediately. In just a matter of minutes he had the pipe to the street open. The cost was half of what we were quoted for just the emergency trip fee from another plumber here in Indianapolis. Never having had a problem like this before, I am so glad that we called Roto-Rooter. We'll never use anyone else after this. Dana was efficient and a pleasure to meet. more

Great service, I used the Indianapolis area Roto-Rooter plumbing co. I called them at 5pm on a Sat. with a main line problem. It took a while to get here, but they called every 45min - hour to let me know what was going on. The tech got here and was clean, i was a little worried he might not be, and quickly found the problem. I don't know how the price compairs with other companies but I don't care. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again if I need a plumber. Great Job more

My sump pump burned out and I called Roto-Rooter on June 9 at around 10:00am. They were very courteous and said they would have someone out to my home within 2 hours. They continued to update me on when someone would arrive within the 2 hour time span and told me the representative would call me when he was 15-20 min. away. I really appreciated the updates because most of the time with other companies you don't hear anything from them after the initial phone call. \r \r The representative called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was very professional, waded through the water that I had in my basement, diagnosed the problem, told me what it would take to fix it and gave me a cost. Of course, I gave him the go ahead and he had the new pump installed and running within an hour after he arrived.\r \r I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing problems anyone may have. They are very efficient, prompt, courteous, and reasonable. Keep up the good service Rot more

Woot Woot for Roto-Rooter 3/24/2010

I had a clogged bathtub drain and called Roto-Rooter out of desperation. This is the first time in my life that I've had to use a service like this, and have heard all of the horror stories about how "women can be treated." My technician, Bill, 1856, was fabulous. Not only did he fix my problem, he explained the process and how to further prevent this type of issue. Thank you so much, Bill!!! more
