I called roto rooter and they scheduled a visit and were at my house one hour later. I was amazed how quick they were out and ready to fix my drain. The technician was extremely nice and helpful. He fixed my problem with ease and then he wanted to check my bathroom to see if everything was working properly. He gave me very helpful tips about how to keep my drains clear and basic upkeep tricks. His name was Dave Bruce and i would recommend him to everyone. He was the best. - Trent Perry more

I called Roto-Rooter located on 6809 Hillsdale Court at 11:15 a.m. due to my kitchen sink and washer overflowing. The gentleman arrived at 12:30 p.m. He was very professional and friendly. I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about and he assured me it was not a big issue. He did his magic and my problem was solved. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism of the Service Technician. IF, I ever have an issue in the future, I will be sure to contact Roto-Rooter on Hillsdale Court. more

I called Roto-Rooter first thing after the long Labor Day weekend, and a technician was out to my house before 9 AM the same morning. The friendly service and knowledgeable technician made my experience one worth sharing. My backed up waste line was unclogged and cleaned within a couple of hours. I was presented with my options up-front and given detailed expert advice regarding immediate action and potential follow-up action. Would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for affordable, prompt service from experienced technicians. more

I had the unfortunate experience of having my toilet overflow over the weekend. I called Roto-Rooter's emergency number and customer service representative I got was excellent. She was very sympathetic to my situation and very understanding. She informed me of how they would come out to assess my situation for free and then give me a price. If I didn't like the price I was able to decline service and the assessment would be of no cost to me. When Artie arrived he was very informative and fixed my problem in a timely manner. All I was pleased with the service I received this weekend. more

The online service call is such a simple process, that it was so simple I called in to make sure I actually got a service call scheduled. Yes everything was scheduled. The technician came in promptly and was friendly and very clean, making sure everything he brings in, and brings out are protected. He even wiped down any splashes with a spray and rag. more

We had an issue with our drain being clogged and we needed to take care of the issue right away due to a large party being held at our house later on that day. The plumber was very knowledgeable and quick to our house. The appointment was listed from 8-10am and Triston Duncan arrived at 7:50 that morning. It's nice to have a local plumber that you can count on in the Indianapolis area more

I couldn't be happier with the plumber service I got from Roto-Rooter. Nate was professional. He explained how my system works, and what I can do to keep it in good working order. He was focused in his work--not rushing or moving slowly. He cleaned up after the work was done--even mopping the floor where some water had been. He was friendly, professional and down to earth trustworthy individual. I would highly recommend Roto-rooter after today. PS Price was worth the relief of my stopped up washer drain. more

Great Service from Roto-Rooter 4/10/2012

Our kitchen sink became completely clogged. We called Roto-Rooter and they were there with in the hour!! The plumber was really nice and very professional. I felt very comfortable with him in my home while home alone with my children. We are moving out of Indianapolis in the near future but would absolutely use Roto-Rooter again. Thanks! more

We had a clogged main drain, so we called roto-rooter and they sent a technician out very quickly. The gentleman was not a plumber but a very good drain technician that was honest and polite. Even though we do not leave in Indianapolis there response time was very sufficient. Thank you and great job!!!!! more

We live in Indianapolis and needed a plumber to unstop a drain. My husband found Roto-Rooter in the yellow pages and we called. The lady was very professional and said a tech would call within 2 hours. Craig called us in about 10 minutes and was on his way! He arrived in good time, was neat and professional and completed the job in a short time. We are pleased and glad we called. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/31/2012

We were hoping to make it to downtown Indianapolis for a performance, but unfortunately found ourselves looking for a plumber online. We called Roto-Rooter. They were out within an hour of our call. Our technician brought 200 feet of snake into the basement and eventually got our drain opened. Basements on the north side of Indianapolis are notorious for being troublesome, but Roto-Rooter took care of us. more

This plumber in Indianapolis got the job done very quickly. I was afraid the drain cleaner stuff I had used would cause problems, but he just pulled out a bucket and small rubber gloves and went to work. The only down side was the price, but that might be true of all plumbers. more
