I had a clogged bathtub drain and called Roto-Rooter out of desperation. This is the first time in my life that I've had to use a service like this, and have heard all of the horror stories about how "women can be treated." My technician, Bill, 1856, was fabulous. Not only did he fix my problem, he explained the process and how to further prevent this type of issue. Thank you so much, Bill!!!
