Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

October 27, 2014 Just has a terrible clog in my ONLY bathrooms sink. Went online and scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule, submit it and that was it! The next morning, as the site stated, I got a call when they were on their way and they showed up ON TIME! Tom was the person who showed up... and cleared that stubborn clog! He was polite, considerate of my cats and kittens to not let them out, cleaned up everything when he was done and answered all my questions and addressed things I didnt even think to ask about! I couldnt be any happier with the service offered! I will never go thru another plumber again... my only regret is that I didnt call you guys first! THANK YOU so much! I wished I'd called Roto-Rooter first. I had two plumbers come before calling them spending a lot of money unnecessarily, but when Roto-rooter came, Aaron knew exactly how to solve the problem. He was efficient and polite and very knowledgeable about how to deal with what had become a complex problem. It was such a relief to have someone here who knew how to tackle drain issues. Mike was sent to my house with water leaking under my kitchen sink. I had no clue where any of this water was coming from. He arrived to my home and talked to me like a person and not as a customer. Made me feel real comfortable with him. He explained he can look to see where the leak is coming from and processed to walk me through his steps of trouble shoting. Come to find out the supply line was lose on the cold water side and tightened it. Once the problem was fixed he asked me if there is anything anything else he could look at for me. The service I received yesterday and today from Mike and Damon was exceptional! Mike came the night before to check the job and give me an estimate. Mike explained all my options so I felt comfortable making the decisions that were needed. He then fixed it so I could at least take a shower and he even cleaned the bath tub before leaving! Then both Plumbers came back today to run all the new plumbing. They were very professional and cleanup everything before they left. If I ever have another problem where I need a Plumber I will be calling Roto-Rooter more

We recently had a problem with our plumbing and roto-rooter saved the day!
