Mike was sent to my house with water leaking under my kitchen sink. I had no clue where any of this water was coming from. He arrived to my home and talked to me like a person and not as a customer. Made me feel real comfortable with him. He explained he can look to see where the leak is coming from and processed to walk me through his steps of trouble shoting. Come to find out the supply line was lose on the cold water side and tightened it. Once the problem was fixed he asked me if there is anything anything else he could look at for me.
