Service call review 7/8/2016

We had the very best service call with Brett D. With Roth Heating & Cooling! He was right on time to figure out the problem with our air conditioner. He diagnosed our issue and gave us options to fix it. He had the parts with him to take care of our unit. We signed up for a maintenance program to keep our heating and air conditioning units in good shape!! Thank you again, Brett ,for your great customer service! more

Roth installs & we feel like winners ready for a hot summer. 7/1/2016

Nick McCuen and Miguel M finished installing our new furnace and air conditioner today. They were prompt on the job both days, friendly & smiling, and even yesterday when the job wasn't finished left the work site looking cleaner than it looked when they arrived.(Wish my teenagers were that neat!) Nick was thorough in his explanation of all functions I needed to know about, reassured me that there were no dumb questions when it came to understanding the system, and helped to to better understand how an air conditioner really works and how to operate the A/C in its most efficient way. From signing the contract to completed installation it was 2 weeks. I feel very good about our decision to go with Roth, and definitely recommend them! more

Ductless Heating and A?C 4/5/2016

Nick was great today when he came to do a tuneup on my ductless AC/Heat unit. Started out to be a pretty poor day for me but Nick did his job with such skill and care , he made my day so much better. Will use Roth for all future maintenance jobs and will hope that Nick is my tech. Thanks much more

Installation of a Smart Earth Residential Furnace 3/14/2016

Jason Ball and his partner Mike did a very professional job installing our new Earth Smart furnace today. They were both very polite and showed their expertise in the field. After completion they cleaned up and offered to go under the house and check for leaks in the duct work, although we declined that offer because we had the duct work checked out a few months back.Jason said If any problems came up to call and they would take care of it. Outstanding service! 2/1/2016

Last spring we chose to have Roth Heating & Cooling install a new heat pump and furnace. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly...Brett D. came today to inspect our heat pump. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. We are so glad we chose Roth. They have surpassed our expectations time and again. more

Good service & follow-up 1/21/2016

Nick M. serviced my furnace. He was on time, kept me informed and was very professional. I asked him to look at my gas fireplace as the blower wasn't working right. He determined that it needed to be replaced and said he would try to find the correct part. He got back to me as promised and I appreciated it. S. Newton more

Stewart was on time polite, informative, and clean in appearance, he explained options with older equipment, and set up an appointment with a company estimator for replacement options, I know the system is old, and do appreciate his time and analysis, with a professional attitude. more

furnace check 12/7/2015

Brett D. checked my furnace. He explained what was going on and did an all over check on every part of it. He did some overdue maintenance on it. I felt he was honest in his assessment. He was also efficient, professional and personable. I feel good about the service. more
