Nick was great today when he came to do a tuneup on my ductless AC/Heat unit. Started out to be a pretty poor day for me but Nick did his job with such skill and care , he made my day so much better. Will use Roth for all future maintenance jobs and will hope that Nick is my tech. Thanks much
