Nick McCuen and Miguel M finished installing our new furnace and air conditioner today. They were prompt on the job both days, friendly & smiling, and even yesterday when the job wasn't finished left the work site looking cleaner than it looked when they arrived.(Wish my teenagers were that neat!) Nick was thorough in his explanation of all functions I needed to know about, reassured me that there were no dumb questions when it came to understanding the system, and helped to to better understand how an air conditioner really works and how to operate the A/C in its most efficient way.
From signing the contract to completed installation it was 2 weeks. I feel very good about our decision to go with Roth, and definitely recommend them!
