I had a main line stoppage & Rooter Express came out at 9pm & un-stopped our sewer line. They never complained & was finished in less than 30 min. I am pleased that this company out in less than 1 hr and had us up & going again. I will never use another plumber again. more

They came out & replaced our leaking water heater on sat evening. I was impressed they had this water heater with them, & they where finished in 2 hrs. The water heater was inspected today & inspector asid everything looked great. Thanks again Rooter Express Pros: Great service more

It would be easy for me not to write a review. I had a good experience. However I had seen the bad reviews ahead of time, and felt that I needed to put forward a good review for the Rooter Express guys. I had a pipe break in my front yard. I had used Rooter Express previously when I had a home warranty. Figured I'd try them again, what do I know about plumbing? They replaced the entire pipe from house to main line at curb. Instead of digging up my whole yard (like my neighbor) they had expertise to just dig two holes at either end and pulled a new pipe through the ground (I think). Couldn't even tell they were there after they finished and cleaned up. The repair guys were very professional and nice, and even took their shoes off without us asking before walking through the house. My sprinklers did not work follow the repair. They were working perfectly when they started the repair. The owner himself came out the next day and repaired the sprinklers at no additional charge. Thanks guys. Good work. After reading the reviews on this site I was afraid of using this plumber (referred by Home Warranty). We had a great experience with great customer service and we got a great price on a new sewer line installed on a Saturday so we did not suffer without plumbing for too long. We have since received quotes of $1000 more than we paid. We are very relived that the process went so smoothly and would recommend this company to others. Pros: Fast service, great price more

I used Rooter Express b/c i had another plumbing company come out to asses my problem and tell me it was my hot water heater that needed replacing, as well as my faucet most likely. Given that my hot water heater is covered under home warranty I called them and they set me up with Rooter. My scheduled apt. was for Monday 4 - 6pm. 6pm - NO SHOW and NO CALLS.. I called them to find out that they are behind schedule b/c the guy was still at another site and it would be about another hour. 7pm - no plumber and now they tell me it will be 8 or 9pm.. I rescheduled for Tuesday 3 - 5 and the same exact thing happened. Rescheduled for Wednesday Morning - FIRST APPT of the day, they were to be there by 9am. They showed up at 12pm - looked at my stuff and told me not hot water heater, and b/c it's not leaking it's not covered by insurance. That I'd have to replace my faucet and he doesn't have any of hte parts so it would be a few days to get those in. So for a 30 minute visit and $55 later myproblem is still not fixed. I would NEVER use these people ever again and I would tell everyone out there not to use them as well. It's rediculous that they basically stole my money after putting me through 3 entire days of waiting to tell me NOTHING. So now I have to have someone else come out who can actually fix my problem. I have never had an experience like this before.... Pros: I have none Cons: They never called to tell me they were late, when we rescheduled they still didn't make it, and as the first apt. on their list to arrive at noon is rediculous. more

They lied about returning to complete their work. They coerced payment before the work was complete by promising to return the same day, which they did not. They threatened to remove and undo all work done when confronted with these lies. AVOID THEM! more
