FAST SERVICE!!! 4/16/2011

These guys were out last week to replace a garbage disposal through our warranty company. They were right on time, had it done in about 30 minutes and were very curteous. I thought it would take all day like the cable guy, but they were extremely efficient. I will use them again. more

SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING!! 4/16/2011

After 2 weeks of having problems with backups in our house, we called Rooter Express to come and give us a quote on what was going on. They were the cheapest of 3 companies we had out and started to work the same day on our sewer line. Fast and Efficient!!! It's been about a month and everything works perfect. Great company all the way around! more

PROFESSIONALS!!! 4/16/2011

I had 4 companies out to my house before my warranty company sent Rooter Express out. They came out on Tuesday and took one look at my water heater with a hot tap system and knew exactly how to fix it. They were back the next day with the parts and I know have hot water for the first time in 9 days. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. more

LIFESAVERS!!! 4/16/2011

I called my home warranty last Sunday because I had 12 people at my house and water coming thru my ceiling. A technician called me within 30 mins and came to my house and hour later and had my leak fixed in no time. Curteous and took personal time on a Sunday to help me. I will request them every time. I had these guys out last minute for a busted water heater. they came within the hour, replaced it and were the cheapest of 7 different companies. Professional and curteous!! I will use them everytime. more

Plumber for life! 4/8/2011

We called Rooter Express out to fix our toilets. We had another company out just 4 months ago to do the same thing. However the other company did not give us a warranty. Anyways when Rooter Express arrived the discovered the water Pressure was too high. The said they could not repair the toilets with-our 1st replacing the Pressure regulator valve. Our Psi was 120 lbs. they said the max should not exceed 80lbs. The gave us the price for the Pressure valve and said they would only charge for parts for the toilets. $25.00 for the 3 toilets to get fixed correctly and $275.00 for the pressure valve. They also gave us a 1 year warranty on parts and labor! I will refer them to everyone I know. They will be the only plumber I ever call for sure. more

Un-matched service & price!!!!!! 4/8/2011

I needed a plumber bad and fast. We called Rooter Express and they took our call and had us scheduled for emergency service. They arrived within an hour & half and told us our water heater needed replaced. They gave us a flat rate price of $650.00 to replace the water heater. We agreed and were shocked they could do it right then. We were very impressed being it was Sat. evening at 6pm that they could do it. We were expecting to have it done the following monday. They had us up and going within 2 hours and needless to say we are so thankfull for the hot bath we had that night. FYI, I did some checking on monday to check the price they gave us with other companies and discovered we got a great deal. We saved app. $400.00 using them. We also discovered the water heater they installed was top of the line and not some cheap water heater. It was a Bradford White. The 2 other companies we spoke with could believe we got that water installed so cheap. Thanks so much Rooter Express!!!!!!!! more

Could not ask for better service! 4/8/2011

We had a leak in our kitchen under the concrete. We called several companies but Rooter Express came out within an hour or so and told us we had a slab leak. They located the leak with some sound equipment and gave us a price. Afterwards we checked around and found that no-one seemed to have the same equipment and would have to have another company locate the leak. We also found out that their prices were more than Rooter Express price. It was an easy decision to use Rooter Express who found the leak and gave us a better price than anyone else we checked with. They were completed within 6 hours and never tried to raise the price. I would refer them to anyone needing a great plumber. Kim more

We saved $over $500.00 using them to replace our water heater. Great service too. They were done in 2 hrs and were at our home in less than 1 hr. That pretty much say enough. more

GREAT!!!! 1/23/2011

We had a main line stoppage that was full of roots. They attempted to clear the roots and ran a camera down the line. They gave us our options and we choose to just a new line put in. We 1st checked some other prices and after we got 2 others we ran back to Rooter Express. They had the best price and as far as we are concerned the best service. We will only use them from now on. Thanks James for being involved from the beginning to end on our job more

We had a broken water line in our front yard. We called Rooter Express to come out and give us a free estimate. The found that our water line was broken and needed repaired or replaced. After the estimate we chose to have a new line installed since ours was 30 years or better old. They replaced the line the next day but did give us a temporary water line so we would have water until they could get locates to dig. They came the next morning and replaced our line with no problems or price changes. The price was alot cheaper than other prices we got by far. Just glad we chose them and saved over $700.00 compared to out lowest estimate. The highest was $900.00 more. Money saved is money earned in my book. more

Just Great 1/12/2011

I called Rooter Express of America to come look at my water heater that was leaking on Friday evening. After a brief diagnoises they determined I need a new one. They gave me a price of $649.00 to install a new one. I was suprised when they could do it right then. I approved and with 90 minutes they were done. I was suprised when they said there would be a plumbing inspector to come & inspect the work within 1 week. They informed me it was required & that anyone not getting a water heater inspection was doing it illegal for it is required by the city/county in almost every city across the country. If your not sure just contact your local city/county to confirm. Thanks so much Keith for working late so my family would have a warm bath. more

This company was suggested by my homewarranty co. to repair my drainlines. I was surprised by the prices of the repair compaired to other companies in my area. They also left everything exactly how they found it! I am very pleased with the repair! more

Misleading, dishonest and Unreliable 11/19/2010

Septic system misdiagnosed, paid for work based on that diagnosis. Very soon I found out that the diagnosis was incorrect. I called on the weekend and left a message. My call was not returned so that Monday morning I called to speak with the Supervisor that diagnosed my problem. He assured me that my check would be destroyed. He asked that I send another check for the Home Insurance Company. Both check were deposited. Now I am having a problem with them returning my calls and there has been no explanation why they cashed my $1653.00 check along with the $55.00 check. No explanation why they said one thing and did another. more

Horrible 10/1/2010

DO NOT USE!! They came out to replace gas water heater, they are a plumbing thought they would know what to do. Well, I have had a gas leak for one week now. They have been out 5 times and still can't fix it. Water is smelly and gray also. Had another company re inspect work and they were amazed how it was installed so incorrectly and out of cow by AL state law. They informed us it was Not installed per Alabama code and is we had bumped it accidentally, our entire house could of gone into flames. Since it's through ahs warranty, we are told rooter express needs to fix it. They are coming back out today this afternoon, a gas leak was no concern to them. All I can say What Professionals. Please do not use, protect your families safety. more

They came out & replaced our leaking water heater. I was pleased with there promt service & there price was by far better than everyone else. $649.00 total for a new water heater & this included all the extras for the new water heater to pass inspection. We will have it inspected later this week. Pros: Best price & service by far! more
