Bad Follow Up 6/28/2011

I asked for an estimate on finishing off my Basement and the first guy that came out said he'd have to send another guy to take a closer look making me take off work again for them to stop by. The second guy was supposed to be to my house the next day "first thing". Apparently first thing is 1145am to Roman. Then, when I do get someone there for an estimate, I never get it. Its been weeks and I've heard nothing. These guys aren't good on follow up or considerate to their potential customers time. I would not call them again. more

I just invested in a new infra-red sauna. The problem was I needed to upgrade my 15 amp outlet to a 20 amp, and get some new wiring installed. I called Roman Electric, because I have seen their trucks forever, and they had a handy website. I called them, and they were able to get me an appraiser the next morning, and the electrician the next after that at 730 am. Good solid work and quick service. I would use them again. more
