Scammed...shady business tactic 1/16/2012

They seem friendly...but when I went to pick up my pet, they surprised me with extra charges than what was I was expecting. I left the dog there for 2 nights, and on the 3rd day went to pick up my pet. Initially I was told $xx per NIGHT. Upon arrival, I was told that they are charging me for that third day also ! Reason? Because she had to come to work that day, so she needed to get paid. The other option she offered me was to come back the next day and pick up my dog. I assume this was to justify the extra night charge?? Pros: null Cons: null more

Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic is the best place to take your animal. They have a team of professional vets that are the best around. They have an in house diagnostic lab, boarding, bathing and grooming, and so much more. These people are people that you can truly trust with your pet. more

The Rocky ridge animal clinic is a great place to take your pets. They are a very reliable animal clinic and very knowledgable. They have a very friendly staff that thinks of your animal as their own. Once you have been a few times they learn your name which always makes you feel at home. They also are sectioned off so different animals do not have to be seated together so there wont be any problems. more
