They seem friendly...but when I went to pick up my pet, they surprised me with extra charges than what was I was expecting. I left the dog there for 2 nights, and on the 3rd day went to pick up my pet. Initially I was told $xx per NIGHT. Upon arrival, I was told that they are charging me for that third day also ! Reason? Because she had to come to work that day, so she needed to get paid. The other option she offered me was to come back the next day and pick up my dog. I assume this was to justify the extra night charge??
