We are in the process of having a customer wedding band made, and the experience has been awesome. Tony has been such an amazing employee to work with all the way from engagement ring to wedding band. He has worked within our budget and makes us feel so at ease and comfortable. The opportunity to create and design something that is so easy and fun has been great. Walking in to the store, we now feel like family. We have a drink, talk about our wedding plans, and its just such great personal attention. We feel so valued and not all companies give you that feeling. There is something said for a local, family owned business that takes pride in their employees and product. Thank you so much for helping us create an experience we will always remember! more

I love when I walk into a store and am greeted by the sales associate that helps me through the process of purchasing something I know nothing about. I worked in sales for a long time myself and strongly believe that a good attitude makes all the difference. I was terrified walking into a place that sells little rocks for thousands of dollars that may or may not seal my fate [no offence }; >) ]. l don't think I could take dealing with a used car salesman sending me off the lot to give my girlfriend of now 4 years a lemon. I couldn?t do it myself that?s why I say, I was in sales (ps. used cars are all lemons off the lot). Right away I felt comfortable and at ease; I had no idea what I was doing and definitely wasn't ready to buy. I had been to a few other stores which were pleasant enough but pressured me to buy and when they figured out I wasn't ready dropped the act and gave me the feeling I was wasting their time. At E.E. Robbins I wasn't treated like a dollar sign and the staff, at least that I had the pleasure of meeting are all professional actors, or just nice people (I?m going with nice people) and that is why I went back twice. It took two times but I got the right ring for the price I was planning on spending. I'm just out of college so spending an extra $500.00 has nothing to do with what will or won?t happen when I turn 65 it is a matter of should I believe my girlfriend is that shallow (she's not I love her and that's why I spent what I could and planned to) and sacrifice car insurance or heat for a while to buy the right rock for the salespersons cable bill. more

I visited the Bellevue EE Robbins about 2 months ago and shopped around a little before going to your store. After visiting several other jewelers in the area I can't say enough about EE Robbins. Courtney helped me with my fiance's wedding band. The selection of men's bands is amazing. We found exactly what we were looking for! My fiancee and I have been together for about 9 years, when we first started dating he was working for the Shane Company in Lynnwood. He called himself ""Diamond Will"". Anytime friends or family would be looking to purchase jewelry he would send them to the Shane Company. Times have changed quite some, he learned great knowledge from working there but when it came down to it (the engagement ring), the most important purchase ever, he made his journey to the Shane Company and looked through many cases of rings only to find outdated styles, still some beautiful diamonds but not the greatest prices either. One of his old co-workers from the Shane Co. is now working at EE Robbins in Bellevue, he decided to visit her. As he walked in the atmosphere was different than many jewelry stores he had visited, the decor was beautiful, he saw Michelle (his former co-worker) she was absolutely wonderful! Treating him as he was the most important person in the world, she took the time to go through every step with him so graciously! Will knew the style that I would love, but the options were endless within the style that I love, that is amazing! The environment isn't a shopping experience, it is so much more, they take the time to make it extra special and truely care that you get exactly what you want. And when I was presented the ring, it was perfect, very vintage and beautiful, I couldn't have picked out anything better myself. I recently went into EE Robbins to look at the wedding bands and Michelle helped me as well, she goes above and beyond to do anything for you! There isn't ever a ""we can't do that or we don't have that"" they make it happen, if you visit you will be treated wonderfully and your experience will be one in a million! Before we decided to get engaged; I hinted by asking to stop in on jewelry stores. One day we went to an EE Robins and I enjoyed the company's atmosphere. Their sales personnel were great. There was no rush and no push to sell anything. I found a designer that I fell in love with and so did my boyfriend, Martin. I picked out the shape of diamond and Martin did the rest. Then EE Robbins opened up a store in Tacoma. It was here that we met Sandy Parminder. What a guy; he is a keeper. His customer service is out of this world. He made us feel like we are family. Then when the decision was to close the Tacoma store, we were told that we would have to go to Bellevue for our maintenance. We were disappointed. It wasn't for just one reason either. We both loved the customer service we received and missed the relationship we had with Sandy. It is one of those special places where not only is customer service important, but it is like a family when you can have a great rapport with your sales staff. So when the decision came to close the Tacoma store, we decided to check out the new store, now called Morgan Jewelers. But it was nothing like what they had before. From that point on, it was our decision to travel to Bellevue for any future maintainence or future buying opportiunities. Prior to us going to Bellevue, we would call to make sure Sandy would be working that day. One of the other enjoyments of seeing Sandy is discussing the football season. Sad to say, he is a Colts fan, but we forgive him. :>) Go Saints! We highly recommend that anyone would at least give this store a chance prior to buying. My now husband and I were looking for engagement rings, we had gone to a lot of the stores around the Tacoma area when he mentioned he wanted to check out EE Robins? at first I was worried because I had always thought of that place as a really rich place and if we walked in, no one would help us because we didn?t look the part of a ?rich couple?. So I went with him and we walked in Sandy Parminder was the first one to greet us. From that moment on we had the best experience.. Sandy wasn?t like the others I had met in other stores, I told him the kinda of ring I wanted and he told me where to find them and said find a few and I?ll pull them out and you can try them other. At the other store the people were telling me what kinda ring I wanted. Ummmm how do they know what I wanted?? So I knew right then and there I found the person we would be buying my ring from. I found my ring but we couldn?t afford it at first, but Sandy keep my ring on file and almost a year later while Andrew was deployed to Iraq we finally had the money, one problem? EE Robins didn?t deal with that designer anymore, I was so worried but Sandy assured me he could and would still get me my ring. And he did? he put a rush order on it because Andrew was going to be home soon for his R&R for 2 wks and I need that ring before I flew to Iowa to meet him. And I had one rule, I didn?t want to see the ring once the diamond was in it, but Sandy wanted me to bring a friend so that once they took my diamond and place it in my ring my friend to verify it was the right diamond(which I so appreciate Sandy for being honest most places wouldn?t do that). Sandy taped the box up tight so I wouldn?t peek and sent me off with a bottle of champagne. If it wasn?t so Sandy I wouldn?t have my dream ring sitting on my finger right now, and because of everything he did for us, I sent my brother to see him even after he moved from the Tacoma store because it closed. And once again Sandy worked his amazing magic and got my now sister-in-law her dream ring. Our two families can not talk Sandy enough for the amazing job he did with us, and because of it we will always refer our friends and family to him. more

I bought my wife's engagement ring from the Tacoma store before it closed. Sandy went out of his way to explain the different diamonds with out pressure to buy. It was an education, not a sales pitch. After the store was taken over by Morgan's I tried to buy my wife a weeding band. I have shopped in the former Tacoma location and fell in love with the staff and the GM Sandy. The service and selection are awesome. E. E. Robbins is a full service store with a even more posh Bellevue store. I will travel up to Bellevue to have Sandy and his team assist with my jewelry needs. I have been an EE Robbins customer for years. I have never experienced better customer service at any store than what my husband I get at EE Robbins. With the help of Sandy and Olga, we not only purchased our upgraded wedding rings but also beautiful earrings for our 20th anniversary. We enjoy visiting Sandy to get our jewelery inspected and while we wait, the ambience, the fish tank,and the wine. I would recommend EE Robbins to anybody looking for rings or diamonds. more

E.E. Robbins has the best associates, the best quality jewelry, diamonds and selection that you will find. If they don't carry what you want, it is possible that they can get it for you. They also make you feel comfortable about the whole experience in selecting diamonds, engagement rings, wedding rings and other jewelry too. Sandy at the Bellevue store is outstanding. He will patiently spend as much time with you as you wish explaining everything and does not exude any pressure at all. His focus is completely on you and your needs at all times. We wanted a certain set of wedding rings designed by Art Carved that E.E. Robbins did not carry at the time and he ordered them for us. Since then, the store now carries the whole line of Art Carved. Sandy also put my fiance (now husband) at ease when he mentioned financing options to make the whole transaction a lot more comfortable. He made the whole diamond selection process quite nice. The store manager at the Bellevue Store also is quite outstanding and very knowledgeable. He has helped us several times over the years and we really appreciate his assistance. E.E. Notice you and offered a complimentary beverage (gotta love looking for a ring while enjoying a snack and some starbucks! or simply coming in to get your ring cleaned and sipping on some free stbux). Fiance found this place to be the most easy to work with. Every other jeweler that he has been to either was not knowledgeable, pushy, or not easy to talk to. I was also not impressed with other places particularly those who do not allow you to bring your own diamond to place in the setting. We had the pleasure of working with Brent, Sandy, Julian and Eric. When walking into the place, I was amazed on the selection of rings they had here. None were to my liking though. I needed something sturdy for my clumsy hands. Fortunately, they have an artist (Eric) where you can design the ring exactly the way you want it and with the right materials. Fiance had a family diamond that was brought in and placed into the setting he first thought that the diamond was a particular cut and turned out that it was a different shape. Eric created the drawing to fit the current shape. Also, since his studio is located near ee robbins, he can come immediately to see clients. We talked closely with the goldsmith (Julian). He frequently came out to show us the cad drawings on the computer. He was the most helpful in the process! Fiance really trusted his input. Sandy and Brent were most helpful with facilitating the ring from paper to metal/diamond. They are both very easy going and made our visit to the store a relaxing experience. Their professionalism was exceptional and we plan to have my wedding band custom made at the store as well! Looking forward to working with them again! more

My Fiance' and I were shopping for a custom wedding band to match her engagement ring. We had gone to several local jewelry stores and our search stopped at EE Robbins. What sold us this ring was the type of Customer Service that we received from Sandy. He was very professional and attentive to both my fiance' and I. We were sold on buying the ring there with out even hearing how much or even seeing the ring for that matter, but just on the basis that my fiance' was at ease with dealing with Sandy. Not to mention that he constantly laughed at my jokes (what i always do when I am nervous). He explained to us every detail of how her ring will be made and introduced us to Vince the designer. We received the Custom Wedding Band after only a couple of weeks and we were delighted with how beautiful the ring was. It exceeded our expectations!! Our whole experience there was just outstanding and made us feel important. I would definitely highly recommend (we already have) Sandy to my friends and family. After my fiance proposed, I came into the store to get my ring resized and to see if I liked any different settings. Sandy immediately recognized Ryan, my fiance and introduced himself to me. He then went on to ask the details about how he proposed, and joked about how long it took Ryan to find THE ring. Despite my fiance saying it was okay to get a new setting, I still felt guilty that I would even think to change this amazing ring he got me. So we just got it resized and left. more

I went to E.E. Robbins specifically because I was looking for a real engagement ring store were I could find the perfect ring for my proposal; a regular jewelry store just wouldn't do. I was definitely not disappointed. As with most bachelors, I was initially unnerved and rather lost on how exactly to go about choosing a ring. Sandy, my salesperson, warmly greeted me after walking in the door, and immediately put me at ease. He very calmly and politely explained their recommended process, in which I choose the diamond first and then, after the proposal, bring my fiance in to choose the actual ring and wedding bands. This allows me to surprise Lisa (my fiance) at the proposal but allows her to choose the ring she wants. He also explained the basics of evaluating diamonds and helped me choose the right stone within my price range. At no point did Sandy try to push anything on me or attempt an ""up-sell"". Despite my naivete regarding diamonds and rings, he patiently worked with me and was never condescending. Moreover, after returning with Lisa to select the bands nearly two months later, he still remembered me and a few details about our relationship! Though the proposal wasn't really a surprise to Lisa (she knew it was coming), the diamond I chose was perfect and she absolutely loved it! Even after several months she's still gazing at it. Make no mistake, E.E. Robbins is quite expensive, and it's not the place to find a simple trinket for your girlfriend; head over to Lincoln Square for that. Also, you'll need to allow plenty of time both for making your selections and receiving the products. You'll also need to plan multiple trips to the store. However, for those who are serious about getting married and willing to invest in it, this is the place to go. The quality of their rings and diamonds is outstanding, and their service is unparalleled. more

My husband and I first walked into EE Robbins when we were dating after hearing about how wonderful they are from our close friends. Everything we heard was right on! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and offered drinks and homemade chocolate chip cookies. We worked closely with Stacy who educated us about the 4 C's and helped us find the most perfect engagement ring and wedding ring. The quality of these rings is outstanding. Each dimond sparkles and is perfectly placed. You can tell that everyone there loves what they do and will stop at nothing to make you happy! So, my boyfriend and I stopped in to EE Robbins because obviously we were looking for rings I liked. We didn't know much about engagement rings but felt completely at ease with Sandy (our salesperson) and his no pressure, up front, informative service. EE Robbins EASILY takes the cake on their ability to listen to, inform, and advise their customers based on the CUSTOMER'S wants and needs and NOT their own. Plus, they think of everything! Julian the designer was also great and we were very happy with our custom designed rings. Even after the wedding, E.E. Robbins has been wonderful.
