Mike Came out to My Home and Provided Me with his professional experience in selecting the tank-less water heater that would fit the needs of my home. Mike was easy to talk with and explained all the detailed questions that my wife and I Had, and it Took about 10 minutes for us to decide to purchase the heater. Mike and His Son Art Handled the installation of the Tank-less water heater. I had an existing hot water tank in an area the size of a phone booth in my Laundry Room. Mike and Art made several suggestions about the location/installation that would make the installation easier, and would provide me with a large area in the existing tank area that i could use for storage of cleaning supplies and vacuum's. Mike and Art handled the installation with ease and their installation experience just made my Rennal Installation that much easier. Your Employees Treated My Wife And Myself with Respect and Patience, and this is much appreciated in todays economy where professional Service is a lost art. Just a Quick Note to Give you my thanks to all of you at your business. My Furnace went out on Dec 30th, I Called Dec 31st and was advised someone would be right out. Mind you this was New Years Eve, and i was sure no-one could be out by next week. The repair man ""Lee"" was at my house within a half hour, and diagnosed the problem.
