A series of mis-steps, excuses and poor delivery. I started by getting a quote for repair in August. The guy came out and said it would be a week. It took over 3 months and 12 phone calls for them to realize the part was on their own desk the whole time. Then when they came out to fix it, realized he had made an error and it could not be fixed. The next day then sent out another person to give me a quote to replace the whole fireplace...it's been 5 weeks and now they tell me..S"rry, you're on a list to be considered for an install...but Pay us the $100 fee for coming out to your house" This is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Does not live up to their reputation. more

Just a quick note to express our thanks for a job well done. The installation went through with relative ease. Your people were very attentive and did a good job. Hopefully, we'll experience some improvements with our heating and hot water needs as well as a decrease in our natural gas consumption and cost. We do have a small concern relative to the hot water supply. It seems to take a lot longer for the hot water to travel to an opened faucet, especially the faucets that are at the furthest point away from the hot water heater. It may be that we are just use to the way the old water heater supplied the hot water. Hopefully, our water consumption will not see a significant increase since we have to let the water flow a little longer until it delivers hot water. Thanks Again ! more

Mike Came out to My Home and Provided Me with his professional experience in selecting the tank-less water heater that would fit the needs of my home. Mike was easy to talk with and explained all the detailed questions that my wife and I Had, and it Took about 10 minutes for us to decide to purchase the heater. Mike and His Son Art Handled the installation of the Tank-less water heater. I had an existing hot water tank in an area the size of a phone booth in my Laundry Room. Mike and Art made several suggestions about the location/installation that would make the installation easier, and would provide me with a large area in the existing tank area that i could use for storage of cleaning supplies and vacuum's. Mike and Art handled the installation with ease and their installation experience just made my Rennal Installation that much easier. Just a Quick Note to Give you my thanks to all of you at your business. My Furnace went out on Dec 30th, I Called Dec 31st and was advised someone would be right out. Mind you this was New Years Eve, and i was sure no-one could be out by next week. The repair man "Lee" was at my house within a half hour, and diagnosed the problem.
