Awesome people! Owners and employees alike are actual enthusiasts. I've purchased and serviced my last 2 bikes here and would never go elsewhere after dealing with places like parkway or GBM (filled with cocky squids). A few visits and they know ur name and treat u like their best customer! more

I bought my Triumph from Riverside exactly 1 month ago, and was ambivalent about my purchase. After bringing my bike in today for its first scheduled service I can say that I've worked with every department; sales, parts and accessories, and service.\r \r Carlo, Rob, and Jerome, all friendly guys who want to sell the bike you want to buy, not the bike they want you to buy. I believe they are enthusiasts who want their clients to love riding as much as they do. The service staff at parts is awesome!\r \r I brought my bike in this morning, had its first service done with front to back inspection and a nice clean up and shine after the work was done. It was ready to be driven home 7 hours later. \r \r Why was I feeling ambivalent before? At the time I didn't think I got a great deal. After today however, I feel really good about working with these guys and I am happy I chose them. more

Riverside is the only motoshop in Boston worth going to. They have the right bikes and gear, no junk. Carlo Hansen is the owner and he's on premises all the time - this is a big factor in why Riverside Motorsports runs so well. Carlo been riding for 47 years and he knows his stuff. (There is one other big shop, but it's so crooked and underhanded you can't do business with them.) As a motorcyclist of more than 30 years myself, I can tell you that a good shop is just as important as the brand of bike you're buying. Go talk to Mr. Hansen, he'll set you up right. more

Got a great deal 6/23/2011

Got a great deal on my new bike at Riverside. I would definitely recommend these guys over the likes of GBM/Cycles128/etc. Low pressure sales from guys that love riding as much as you do. After trying many different Boston-area dealers, these guys were the best to deal with and ultimately gave me the best deal. more

The cats at Riverside get mad props for not lol'ing at me for outfitting my Vespa with ridonkulous Harley-sized saddlebags.  Also they were super friendly and efficient when I got my inspection done there.  I will definitely be a return customer. more
