Great customer service 6/14/2011

The girl (brunette, sorry I can't remember her name, I think it's Dana though) will give you discounts on leather coats and helmets and accessories, especially if you are buying multiple or expensive items. Look like you need help and ask nicely and be grateful when she give you the discount. I was very surprised at how much she came down. more

Great shop 6/7/2011

I am basing this review on the sales department.  I went there looking for a motorcycle cover, and i saw a dowco one i wanted.  it was priced at $85, but i told the salewoman that they were selling them for $65 online (i showed them on my blackberry).  they bumped $20 off the price.  very reasonable people, nice looking shop. will definetly consider them for my future motorcycle needs more

Knowledgeable and helpful staff 6/1/2011

Riverside is absolutely great. I bring my Ducati here for all its work and Riverside never disappoints - knowledgeable and helpful staff, great service, and they always come in at our below their estimates - highly recommended! more
