I bought my Triumph from Riverside exactly 1 month ago, and was ambivalent about my purchase. After bringing my bike in today for its first scheduled service I can say that I've worked with every department; sales, parts and accessories, and service.\r

Carlo, Rob, and Jerome, all friendly guys who want to sell the bike you want to buy, not the bike they want you to buy. I believe they are enthusiasts who want their clients to love riding as much as they do. The service staff at parts is awesome!\r

I brought my bike in this morning, had its first service done with front to back inspection and a nice clean up and shine after the work was done. It was ready to be driven home 7 hours later. \r

Why was I feeling ambivalent before? At the time I didn't think I got a great deal. After today however, I feel really good about working with these guys and I am happy I chose them.
