Have to take the car in for the third time for the same problem. Mechanic did no inspect the stated problem on the work order the first time. That was the second time the car went back. more

Not so routine maintenance 6/5/2015

My vehicle record indicates that I have a maintenance agreement that covers routine maintenance services. Why should I have to remind you about this when I bring my Genesis in for service? You continually ignore this when I'm given the paperwork to check out. Then I have to wait while everything is verified and paperwork redone - a real PITA. Also, I don't appreciate being told by the service advisor (that knows less about my Genesis than I do) that I'm using the wrong brand of 12V adapter to charge my cell phone and tablet. There's nothing in the owners manual about the brand of 12V adapter to use for charging cell phones and tablets. more

I brought my Santa Fe in for a recall. It was serviced and ready to go as promised. I also went back a few days later to purchase touchup paint and the guy in the parts department took the time to explain the various types of paint and go into detail as to how to apply it and other required steps to the procedure. more

I purchased my (used) vehicle from them and tire pressure light was on, so I was told I had to fill tires. turns out that was not the problem and I took it back in to get fixed. turns out I had to exchange the tire sensor and it wasnt included in their promised "hyundai insurance". Still, they said it was a half hour fix and after 2 hours I had to leave to pick up kids from school. Second time around, same story. Third time, over memorial weekend I left my vehicle on Friday and picked it up Wednesday thinking it would be all done, which was not the case. Not only did they then quote me a higher price but I waited another 2 hours and had to leave, yet again without getting it changed. Personnel at costumer service who received my vehicle were nice but my vehicle is still not fixed. more

3.5 years of excellent service 5/31/2015

I drove a Nissan 17 years prior to getting my Hyundai Veloster. There is no comparison when it comes to their service departments. Of course, I didn't realize it could be so much better elsewhere. It was a tough decision to buy a Hyundai. But for 3.5 years now, I have had nothing but excellent service. While I intend to keep my car for several years, I know where next car will come from -- and it won't be Nissan. Thank you, Hyundai, for such a great experience. more

This was my second time visiting Rick Case Hyundai, Ft. Lauderdale. Chris had been my service manager both times and is a pleasure to work with. He is attentive and easy to talk to. I scheduled an appointment for an express oil change on a Saturday morning and while I expected maybe an hour wait for the vehicle to be serviced, it was just over two hours. The waiting area is a good space (coffee, computers, tv) so no major complaints, just a longer wait than I was expecting. more
