I purchased my (used) vehicle from them and tire pressure light was on, so I was told I had to fill tires. turns out that was not the problem and I took it back in to get fixed. turns out I had to exchange the tire sensor and it wasnt included in their promised "hyundai insurance". Still, they said it was a half hour fix and after 2 hours I had to leave to pick up kids from school. Second time around, same story. Third time, over memorial weekend I left my vehicle on Friday and picked it up Wednesday thinking it would be all done, which was not the case. Not only did they then quote me a higher price but I waited another 2 hours and had to leave, yet again without getting it changed. Personnel at costumer service who received my vehicle were nice but my vehicle is still not fixed. more
