My vehicle record indicates that I have a maintenance agreement that covers routine maintenance services. Why should I have to remind you about this when I bring my Genesis in for service? You continually ignore this when I'm given the paperwork to check out. Then I have to wait while everything is verified and paperwork redone - a real PITA. Also, I don't appreciate being told by the service advisor (that knows less about my Genesis than I do) that I'm using the wrong brand of 12V adapter to charge my cell phone and tablet. There's nothing in the owners manual about the brand of 12V adapter to use for charging cell phones and tablets. more
