Excellent company, communication was great. Excellent prices and clean cars. No hidden fees, Everything was explained up front, when booking the reservation. Upgraded our car for the same price for a small vehicle. Our Drivers were prompt and very nice. Would never use anybody else. When we go back to LA, reserve Limo will be our company to use. more

Terrible! They REQUIRE a mandatory HUGE tip which they don't tell you upfront. I used the LivingSocial coupon and it said nothing about it. Then they picked me up at MIDNIGHT and demanded cash for the tip amount or they would leave me at the airport. more

They were rude and did not deliver. I requested a transfer from my residence to LAX. Instead, they went to the airport for an airport departure, even though I had provided the flight number and departure time. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never use them again. They not only refused to recognize their error, but they refused to refund my pre-paid deposit and did not even offer an apology. I will go back to the other limo company I have used for 20+ years at a much higher price. more

This is a terrific company if you need a car service! We found them on Living Social and even after the offer had expired they gave us a great discount on our rides to and from LAX. Cars are beautifully maintained and the drivers are reliable and friendly. Easy to book either by phone or email when out of town also. more
