I highly recommend Reliable Chevrolet. 2/23/2011

I have purchased 3 autos from this dealership in the last 8 months. From the initial purchase on all three to the service department work on warranty items and oil changes I have been completely satisfied. I have a 2010 Camaro, 2006 Nitro and a 2006 Pt Crusier that i have purchased at Reliable. The service I have received from begini9ng to end so far has been the best. I highly recommend Reliable Chevrolet. more

Made me a life long customer 2/18/2011

I got my trailblazer fixed about two weeks ago at another dealer. Then this past saturday the same part i got fixed broke again. I called Reliable that morning and talked to the service director i told him my situation how i was in town for the military and couldnt bring my suv. He treated me with the up most respect.Being in the military people try to take advantage of that I did not feel that he looked over my truck himself and took care of me. Made me a life long customer with him, he takes care of his customers including the military customers, i will always come back to see him about my suv even if its 300 miles from where i live. I will tell all my friends about the service at Reliable and how they treated me they treat you like family. more

I had been to every dealership in albuquerque and dealt with many salesman! What a jungle out there! My family and I were pleased when we went to Reliable Chevrolet. We were approach in a friendly professional manner. Phillip was our sales person. He was honest fun and friendly but was serious when it came to making a great deal for us! The whole experience went smooth and headache free. My husband and I tell everyone we know to get their cars from reliable and to ask for Phil. more

Service was great 1/28/2011

Service was great from the moment I stepped out of my car until the moment I drove off in my new car. Howard was amazing, he did everything he could to make sure I drove off in a car that day. He got a car that was comfortable for me and that suited my needs. In reality, everyone was great. They made getting a car hassle free and made me feed secure about my decision. more

This was the most helpful dealership I have ever visited. The Big Lot folks go out of their way to make you a Completely Satisfied customer, which is their motto. I spoke with other local dealers like Pinegar, Mayse, Hanks, etc. and none wanted to make the deal I was looking to make. I will repeat buy and recommend to all of my friends and family!! more

Wonderful Sales People 1/11/2011

Wonderful Sales People....: We have purchased a few vehicles over the years from Reliable Chevrolet and recently a Mercedes from Elite Mercedes. The staff was great to work with, our salesman was very polite and not pushy. The whole experience was very pleasant....as car sales go. I usually dread going to the car dealer! I would definetly recommend this dealership and we go back again myself. Well, First they will have to drag me away from my Mercedes ""R"" class. I LOVE IT!! more

SUPER nice guy 12/29/2010

I bought a 2007 Aveo5 from these guys. My sales associate was a SUPER nice guy. He went out of his way to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. They went and got me the car I wanted from a dealership in Kansas before I did any paperwork - this salesman was serious about selling me the car I wanted without being a ""hard sell car salesman"". I particularly thought it was an impressive degree of effort on a $10,000 car. It's not like i was buying a Corvette. more

We have met and talked to many other employees of this dealership since buying our car and all have shown a genuine interest and a willingness to help us at any time. They definitely treat you like a part of the family instead of ""someone to take money from and now go away"" like some dealerships act. These folks are constantly trying to ""re-win"" your business by meeting your needs even after the sale. more

The largest dealer in the country is right next door to me in NJ. Despite this, Wes 1,000 miles away got my business. Again, not only did his advertised price for the same car blow away the competing dealer but the difference in speaking to him and them was night and day in terms of everything a new car buyer wants to hear. I will only buy from Reliable/Wes now and I will refer anyone to him without reservation. more

Excellent sales associates! Matt was my primary sales associate, and he went out of his way to get the exact car I wanted shipped here from Tenn. Very knowlegeable and didn't ""push"" the sale too hard. Never once felt pressured. I would highly recommend Reliable Sales to anyone. more

You guys are doing a great job 9/27/2010

I took my car into the Infiniti of Springfield store so someone could help me figure out how to change the region on the navigation andhow to reset for the oil change I had while moving from Seattle, WA to Springfield, MO. Kevin met with me, and walked me through the processes I requested. I was very impressed with Kevin. He was very pleasant, professional, and he provided the best possible service. I asked him if the car sounded rough, or if I would need snow tires for the winter. He *could* have told me I needed all sorts of stuff, but instead he was very honest. I was Very impressed with Kevin, and the staff at the dealership who were all very friendly and professional. You guys are doing a great job, and all of your efforts are greatly appreciated!
